Secratatropin Ingredients 6

Secratatropin contains many beneficial substances, including L-Isoleucine.

What is L-Isoleucine?
L-Isoleucine is a branch chain amino acid (BCAA) and is one of three BCAAs, the other two being L-leucine and L-valine. It is an essential amino acid, which means it must come from ingestion (food or supplements), Some of these foods include  include eggs, cashews, almonds, fish, chicken, soybeans, chickpeas, lentils, liver, milk, cottage cheese and cereal grains. L-Isoleucine is crucial in the production of hemoglobin. It also regulates blood sugar levels as well as energy levels. It is metabolized in muscle tissue and is responsible for muscle recovery after exercise.

For athletes or anyone who practices regular strenuous physical activity, IsoLeucine supplements are recommended. Although there are foods that contain this amino acid, people who are extremely active and exercise heavily need more IsoLeucine in their bodies to repair and protect muscle tissues.
IsoLeucine is probably best known for its use in increasing endurance and helping heal and repair muscle tissue. Serious athletes and bodybuilders need this amino acid because of its ability to boost energy levels and help the muscles recover from strenuous exercise and other physical activities.

Bodybuilding requires energy and endurance. By using IsoLeucine along with Valine and Leucine, the muscles fully recover after exercise. IsoLeucine is literally broken down within the muscle tissue to provide energy.

What are the benefits of L-Isoleucine?
- Used for fuel, along with L-leucine and L-valine
- Helps muscle recovery
- Speeds wound healing
- Promotes the growth of new tissue
- Increases the bio-availability of complex carbohydrate intake
- Promotes anabolic muscle building
- Helps neurotransmission
